This article guides you through the login steps to get into your Foodsmart.com account to access all information including appointment details and Foodsmart Bucks (Fresh Fund) incentives.
Note: If you you have had an appointment scheduled, you do not have to make an account.
Your dietitian can give you the identifier (email or phone number) associated with your account. If not, you can reach out to the Support Team at 415-800-2311 or email them at support@foodsmart.com to get your identifier. If you login with the wrong identifier (email or phone number) you will either get an error message or you will not be in the correct account.
2. To login using your phone number
Chrome, Firefox or Edge
To login, please go to the following website: https://foodsmart.com/schedule/auth/login
Login using your email on file, if that is the identifier you have been given to login.
1. Select how you want your verification code sent to you and click on Send Code.
2. Check your email for the verification code. Be sure to check your junk, spam, social and inbox.
3. Enter code and click on Verify Code.
4. You will see your Dashboard with Foodsmart Bucks (Fresh Fund) Incentives above your scheduled appointments. If you do not see your Foodsmart Bucks (Fresh Fund) incentives and scheduled appointments on your dashboard, please use the steps below to login using your phone number on file.
Please be sure that if ever you need to reset your password or get a verification code, you will need to use the same identifier (email or phone number) to get a correct result. Using the wrong identifier will not work. Please reach out to the Support Team at 415-800-2311 or email them at support@foodsmart.com to get your identifier.
Login using your phone number on file, if that is the identifier you need to use.
1. Click on phone, enter your phone number associated with your account and sign in.
2. Select how you want your verification code sent to you and click on Send Code.
3. You will be sent a text with the verification code.
4. Enter your verification code and click on Verify Code.

5. You will see an option to schedule. Click on yourself or Schedule for a Different patient to schedule. If you want to see your dashboard, click on Foodsmart in the upper left corner.
6. Once on your dashboard, you will be able to see your incentives above your scheduled appointments.
On your dashboard, you can:
- redeem/claim Foodsmart Bucks incentives, that have not been previously redeemed/claimed
- Schedule or reschedule appointments
- Cancel an appointment
- Add another family under 18 and schedule their appointments (Please be sure that school age children are scheduled when they CAN attend their appointment, otherwise their appointment will be cancelled.)
