Cigna Food for Vitality Pilot Program Registration Steps

This article guides you through the registration steps for the Foodsmart Food for Vitality Pilot program.

Note: As of 2/28/2025, the pilot program is no longer taking new enrollments

1. If you are a Cigna employee and have family coverage, you should have received an email from Foodsmart with steps on how to sign up for the Food for Vitality Pilot Program.

2. Sign the Pilot Participation Consent Form.

Note: Click Submit Survey to complete this step.

3. Log into the Cigna SSO.

• Go to the Cigna SSO login page using this link: Cigna SSO Login

• Click Log In to proceed

• You will be redirected to the login page. Enter your Cigna credentials.

Note: If you are using a work device, your credentials may autofill.

4. Once logged in, you will be redirected to your Foodsmart portal. Click on the Telenutrition tab on top of the screen to continue the account creation process. 

5. Follow the prompts to create your Foodsmart account.

6. Use the portal to schedule your appointment with a dietitian.
