This article guides you through resetting or changing the password to your Foodsmart account.
If you've forgotten your password, click and follow the reset steps.*
If you know your current password and want to change it for security reasons, click and follow the change steps.

*Steps will vary based on how you access Foodsmart. The steps below are for clients who registered directly with Foodsmart via an email and password. If you access Foodsmart through an employer/provider portal, select your provider from the drop list in the app or website and follow the reset password steps outlined by your company or provider.
Foodsmart members who access their account using an SSO will not see options to change their password.
Reset password via the Foodsmart app
1. Tap here to reset your password.
2. Enter your login email address and complete the reCAPTCHA form. Then, tap on Send.
3. If the email address entered was associated with an account that was set up directly, you'll receive an email with a link valid for 24 hours to reset your password.*
Note: Your password must be between 8-15 characters and contain at least one number and one letter.
* If you don't receive the email after a few minutes, tap on Resend from the Password Assistance webpage.
Reset password via the Foodsmart website
1. Click here to reset your password.
2. Enter your login email address and complete the reCAPTCHA form. Then, click on Send.
3. If the email address entered was associated with an account that was set up directly, you'll receive an email with a link valid for 24 hours to reset your password.*

Change password via the Foodsmart app
1. Log in to your Foodsmart account.
2. For iPhone and iOS, tap the menu icon in the lower right corner. Your main menu will appear.
For Android, tap the menu icon in the upper left corner. Your main menu will appear.
3. Navigate to Settings > Change Password.*
4. Enter your current password and then your new password. You'll enter the new password twice to confirm. Tap the back arrow in the upper left corner when complete and select Save Changes.
*Foodsmart members who access their account using an SSO will not see options to change their password.
Change password via the Foodsmart website
1. Log in to your Foodsmart account. Click on your name in the upper right corner of the navigation menu. Click on Settings.
2. Scroll down to find Change Password and then click Update Password.
3. Enter your current password and then enter your new password. You'll enter it twice to confirm. Click Update Password to save.
