Sometimes, you will need to take a picture of your device screen to assist with troubleshooting.
This can be done via the screenshot feature that is available on iOS devices. When you capture your screen, the picture file will be saved on your device where you can view, edit and share the image.

How to take a screenshot on iPhone models with Face ID

Press the side and volume up buttons at the same time.
- Quickly release both buttons.
- After you take the screenshot, a thumbnail temporarily appears in the lower left corner of your screen. Tap the thumbnail to open it or swipe left to dismiss it.
