This article explains how to message your nutritional care provider from your Foodsmart Athena Patient Portal account.
If you haven't yet created a portal account, review How do I set up my Foodsmart Patient Portal account? for guidance.
Sending a message from the desktop version
1. Log in to your Foodsmart Athena Patient Portal.
2. From the Home page, you'll see a compose message form. Complete the form and click Send a message to submit.
3. A pop-up notification will appear in the lower left corner to confirm your message has been sent.
Sending a message from the mobile version
1. Log in to your Foodsmart Athena Patient Portal.
2. Tap Messages.
3. Tap Compose Message.
4. Complete the question form and tap Send message to submit.
