This article guides you through registration for Foodsmart using a web browser as an Umpqua Health Alliance member.
Internet browser (mobile or desktop)
1. Click the following link, Umpqua Health Alliance | Website registration link.
2. Sign up with your email address and member ID. You'll also need to create a secure password. Your password must be between 8-15 characters and contain at least one number and one letter. Once all the fields are filled out, click Sign Up.
3. For the best experience, download the Foodsmart app from the Google Play store or Apple App Store to your smartphone. Sign in with your newly created account credentials!
