1. Go to Foodsmart.com to login to your member portal.
Note: If you do not remember how to login, please see the Foodsmart.com Account Login Instructions Help Article.
Helpful Hints:
If you do not see your incentives when logging in with your email address on file, login with your phone number.
If you do not see your incentives when logging in with your phone number on file, login with your email address on file.
NOTE: If you have scheduled or completed a visit, you already have a Foodsmart.com account. Please do NOT try to create another account.
3. How to find your code(s)
a. Your incentive codes are found above your scheduled visits under your name.
NOTE: Incentives are NOT available on the app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
b. Click on each code to redeem/claim it. If you do not click on it, it will not upload to Instacart.
Note: Redeem does not mean you have used the code on Instacart. It means you have claimed and uploaded it to Instacart, so that you can shop with it.
c. On the redemption page, your code will automatically appear. You must click on Continue to complete redemption/claiming of your Fresh Fund incentive. This has to be done for each code. Redeem does NOT mean it has been used. It only means it has been claimed and uploaded to your Instacart account.
d. You will then be sent to Instacart and the following screen.
e. You can now begin using your Foodsmart Bucks (Fresh Funds) to shop. For more information, please see this help article on How to Use Foodsmart Bucks (Fresh Funds)

f. You can only redeem or claim a code one time. If you try to redeem or claim a code a second time, you will receive the following message:
